Together, we have faced an unprecedented year. The coronavirus pandemic has affected businesses, families and communities, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their valued business this year.
As we enter the festive period our thoughts are with those who have been impacted by the pandemic, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes. In light of events this year, and the hardships experienced by many, we have decided to make a contribution to charity, instead of distributing calendars and/or end of year gifts to our valued clients. We are planning to donate to the NI Air Ambulance, who run a great emergency service to anyone in need of it.
In terms of Christmas opening times and delivery schedules, we are sure you will appreciate that our couriers are now entering their busiest time of the year. This means our usual next day delivery service may take longer and we can no longer guarantee delivery times. As always, we will process your orders as quickly as possible until our office closes.
This year we will be closing our offices on 22nd December, and will re-open on 5th January.
All orders placed before Christmas will need to be received before 12.00pm on 22nd December.
