LTP Grimex – Heavy Duty Grime Remover (1 Litre)
LTP Grimex is a professional-strength cleaner formulated to tackle the toughest dirt and stains on natural stone and hard surfaces. Ideal for deep restoration, it effectively removes oil, grease, ingrained grime, and old layers of wax from a wide variety of indoor and outdoor materials.
This heavy-duty cleaner is safe for use on travertine, limestone, slate, marble, granite, porcelain, quarry tiles, terracotta, brick, and even external paving. Whether you’re renovating tired tiles or preparing a surface for resealing, LTP Grimex offers exceptional cleaning power.
Application Guide:
Always test on an inconspicuous area before full application.
Protect painted wood, untreated surfaces, and sensitive materials from splashes. Rinse off overspray and neutralise all residues with clean water.
For Mild Cases / Maintenance:

Dilute 1 part Grimex to 10 parts warm water

Apply with mop or cloth and wipe clean with damp cloth
For Moderate to Heavy Dirt:

Dilute 1 part Grimex to 3 parts warm water

Spread generously over surface and agitate with a brush

Let sit 5–10 minutes (keep surface wet), scrub again, rinse well
For Extreme Cases:

Use undiluted, scrub manually or with machine

Rinse and neutralise with clean water thoroughly
Coverage Per Litre:

Light Cleaning: Up to 50m²

Moderate Grime: Approx. 20m²

Heavy Dirt / Wax Removal: 5–10m²
Important Notes:

Not for daily use on sealed surfaces

Re-seal treated surfaces after cleaning

Allow at least 24 hours to dry before resealing

Store sealed, in a cool, dry, frost-free place
