Description

LTP Grout & Tile Protector – Water & Stain Repellent Sealer for Grout and Masonry (600ml)

Protect your surfaces the smart way with LTP Grout & Tile Protector, a fast-drying, spray-on sealer that forms an invisible, colourless barrier over grout joints and porous tile surfaces. Designed for both internal and external use, it helps to prevent penetration by water, dirt, oil, grease, and limescale, making treated areas much easier to clean.

This versatile product is perfect for wet rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms, and even outdoor patio joints. It’s ideal for use on its own or as a top-up coat after sealing with products like LTP Mattstone or LTP Colour Intensifier, further enhancing long-term protection.

Application Instructions:

  • Clean surfaces first. Use LTP Grimex for old or dirty grout. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry.

  • Newly grouted areas: Wait 20–30 minutes after grouting before sealing.

  • Shake can well. Hold 15–20cm from surface and apply in a sweeping motion.

  • Allow 2–3 hours to cure before light traffic.

  • For wet areas, allow 24 hours curing time.

  • Apply additional coats if water is absorbed during testing.

  • Avoid contact with acrylic, stained timber, cabinets, or painted surfaces – mask off as needed.

  • Use in well-ventilated areas and wear a suitable respiratory mask.

  • Buff off any residue within 5 minutes to avoid hazing on polished/glazed surfaces.

Coverage Per Can:

  • 600ml: Up to 600 linear metres or 5–25m²

Maintenance:

  • Clean using mild, pH-neutral cleaners like LTP Waxwash or LTP Stonewash

  • Avoid harsh abrasives and acidic cleaners

  • Re-sealing may be needed after using strong cleaners
