LTP Mattstone is a professional-grade impregnating sealer designed to protect natural and artificial stone surfaces without altering their appearance. This advanced formula creates a breathable, invisible barrier that repels water, oil, grease, and stains, helping to preserve the surface’s original texture and tone.
Ideal for interior and exterior use, LTP Mattstone is compatible with a wide range of surfaces including:

The sealer leaves a natural matt finish—perfect for customers who want discreet protection without a sheen or gloss. Some surfaces may show subtle darkening or enhancement once dry.

Application Instructions:

Shake bottle before use

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and dust-free

Apply evenly with a soft cloth, brush, or sealant applicator pad

Allow 2 hours between coats

Gently buff surface after 1 hour to remove excess and even out finish

Surface dries in 2 hours; allow 3 days for full resistance

Avoid applying in direct sunlight or in temperatures <5°C or >25°C

Do not allow the surface to get wet for 72 hours after application

Always test on a small area first

Tip: For rough-textured or highly porous floors, consider finishing with an appropriate surface sealer for added protection.

Aftercare:

Regularly sweep and clean with LTP Waxwash
