LTP Solvex – High Performance Remover for Waxes, Sealers & Epoxy Residue (1 Litre)

LTP Solvex is a professional-grade remover formulated to break down and lift stubborn surface coatings, including waxes, sealers, oils, adhesives, and epoxy grout residues. Whether you’re refreshing a terracotta floor, stripping back wax on flagstones, or prepping slate for re-sealing, LTP Solvex is a powerful and reliable solution.

Designed for interior and exterior use, it is suitable for application on:

  • Travertine, terracotta, slate, sandstone, flagstones

  • Quarry tiles, glazed ceramics, porcelain

  • Most natural stone and mineral surfaces

LTP Solvex softens the coating so it can be easily lifted with an abrasive pad or stiff brush—leaving the surface clean and ready for resealing.

Where to Use:

  • Floors, walls, paving, wet rooms, showers, kitchens, and hallways

  • Suitable for both domestic and commercial environments

Application Instructions:

  1. Safety First: Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear gloves and protective gear.

  2. Prep: Pour Solvex into a glass or metal container (do not use plastic).

  3. Apply generously by dabbing with a natural bristle brush or cloth – do not brush out.

  4. Treat small areas (max 5m²) at a time. Leave to work for up to 30 minutes, reapplying if it begins to dry.

  5. Use a stiff brush or abrasive pad to remove softened coatings.

  6. Wash the area with a dilute solution of LTP Grimex, then rinse with clean water.

  7. Allow to dry completely (min 24 hours) before resealing.

⚠️ Avoid prolonged contact with plastic or acrylic surfaces (e.g., baths or shower trays). Always test first.

Coverage:

  • Light stripping: 8–10m² per litre

  • Heavy stripping: ~5m² per litre

Storage & Shelf Life:

  • Store in a cool, dry, frost-free location

  • Shelf life: Up to 5 years (unopened)
