This professional-grade sealer penetrates deep into porous surfaces, creating an invisible barrier that guards against water, oil, grease, and dirt. It dries to a rich, matt finish, leaving surfaces looking vibrant and more refined—without gloss or shine.

Application Instructions:

Ensure surface is clean, dry, and dust-free

Pre-clean with LTP Grimex if needed and allow to fully dry

Apply thin, even layer using a cloth, brush, or sealant applicator pad

Leave for 15–30 minutes, then buff thoroughly with a dry, lint-free cloth

Apply additional coats (if needed) after 30–60 minutes for enhanced effect

Surface is touch dry in 2 hours, but full resistance develops after 3 days

Do not apply in direct sunlight, on hot surfaces, or with underfloor heating on

Keep surface dry for at least 72 hours after application
⚠️ Do not overapply – excess left on the surface may harden into a patchy gloss film. Always test in a discreet area before general use.Coverage Guide (Per 10m²):

Low Porosity: 1–2 litres

Aftercare:

Floors: Use LTP Waxwash for regular cleaning

Walls & countertops: Use LTP Stonewash spray
