The UltraTile Easy Clean Tile Protector is a water-based temporary protective sealer designed for use before grouting or jointing. This product is perfect for protecting your tiles and surfaces from potential staining and discolouration caused by grouting materials, ensuring a clean and professional finish.

Application Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Always perform a test in an inconspicuous area to check product suitability. Ensure the paving surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contamination.
2. Mixing: Shake the container well before use.
3. Application: Apply the product thoroughly with a roller, brush, sponge, or microfiber cloth. Rub well onto the surface, avoiding application to un-grouted joints where possible.
4. Drying Time: Allow a minimum of 40 minutes for the first coat to be surface touch dry before applying the second application.
5. Second Coat: Apply the second application in the same way as the first. Allow to dry for a minimum of 1 hour (longer in cold temperatures) before proceeding with the application of the grout or pointing system.
6. Removal: During the washing-off process, the Easy Clean Tile Protector will be removed. Any residual product can be removed with clean water after the grouting or pointing has set. Pay particular attention to highly textured surfaces.

Storage and Shelf Life:

• Storage: Store in unopened bottles in a frost-free environment out of direct sunlight. Ideal storage temperatures are between 5°C and 25°C. Avoid frost to maintain product efficacy.
• Shelf Life: This product has a shelf life of 12 months from the production date when stored under appropriate conditions.

  • Keep container tightly closed.
  • Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing.
  • Wash skin thoroughly after handling.
  • If swallowed: Rinse mouth. Do not induce vomiting.
  • If on skin: Gently wash with plenty of soap and water.
  • If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
  • If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice.
• Usage Guidelines: Always use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when preparing, mixing, and applying this product. Wash hands before consuming food and keep materials safely out of reach of children and animals. Dispose of packaging and waste appropriately.
